Dilated veins are the result of reduced quality of elastic fibres in the venous wall. The veins are most often red in the cheeks and nose, or blue and purple in the lower limbs. Dilated veins are also responsible for redness in the face.

The Vbeam laser removes veins up to 1 mm in diameter. Its beam gets caught in the veins, stops them, and the body gradually absorbs the vessels. VBeam does not leave visible marks at the treatment site.
REMOVAL OF SPIDER VEINS ON THE LEGS
YAG lasers remove light blue-coloured blood vessels with a diameter of 1–3 mm on the lower limbs, e.g. around the ankles, where the spider veins are increasingly branching out.
